Roza's Gourmet

From humble beginnings in the kitchen of her residence, Roza Robertson and her recipes pioneered the gourmet sauce industry in Queensland and established a bona fide Brisbane institution. What began in 1991 as a simple way for the then-housewife to indulge in her passion for cooking quickly became a burgeoning business, as an increasing customer base took pride in purchasing Roza’s Gourmet from the end of her driveway.

More than 20 years later, Roza’s philosophy that “the right sauce can turn any meal into a feast” has grown into local business success story that lovingly creates an extensive range of gourmet sauces and dips. Once a culinary secret amongst Brisbane locals for many years, the business is now earning accolades across Australia and stocks products in over 400 stores. With a focus on all products being 100% natural, gluten free and made with only the freshest ingredients, Roza’s Gourmet Sauces is a name synonymous for outstanding taste and quality.

While Roza sadly passed away years ago, the company is run today by her daughter Jasmin. Under her direction, the company continues to expand while upholding Roza’s legacy and philosophies. The delicious range consists of 40 products including varieties of mayonnaise, chilli sauces, chutneys, pestos, mustards and dips. All of which are gluten-free, made with fresh natural ingredients and free of artificial preservatives. Most products are also sweetened with bush honey instead of sugar, and made with cholesterol free oil. In keeping with various lifestyle and dietary requirements, there are plenty of vegan, dairy free and sugar free options within the range.
