Roy's Boxing

RJBC is designed to encourage children aged 6-12+ to participate in non-contact activities and learn the skills of boxing. The clinic aims to help build confidence, overall fitness, to promote heathy living and teaches about sportsmanship



Sportsmanship is a key element in the program. RJBC teaches youths about self-respect and respecting others. In a society where bullying is not only a local issue, but a global issue, learning about boundaries and rules through Boxing, forms the foundation of this Community Program. RJBC implements these guidelines into the program helping to build strong, respectful and confident youths
