Ross Hincksman

Ross is a multiple national award winning Licensed Agent. Ross brings a wealth of 14 years experience to the real estate industry, and has accumulated over 600 property sales.


Ross is a licensed agent in both NSW and the ACT, and a Licensed Auctioneer in NSW. With his superior knowledge of the real estate market and unbeatable negotiation skills, Ross serves both as agent and advocate for his client's interests. He has helped hundreds offamilies attain their real estate goals.


Before tapping into his lifelong passion for real estate and turning it into a vocation, Ross pursued a successful career with the Department of Defence, where he worked for 18 years. To his current role as an agent he brings a vast network of friends and business associates. Ross is an active member in local and interstate sporting communities, serving on the Board of Directors for the Ainslie Football Club and in previous Canberra-based marketing roles for the ACT Brumbies, AFL, North Melbourne Kangaroos, Sydney Swans, Rally of Canberra and SCG Trust.


Indicative of his passion for real estate is his varied investment portfolio. Outside the office his interests include spending time with his wife, Rachael, and their five children, pursuing the rural lifestyle, golf, fishing, water skiing, watching live sport, and of course, real estate.
