Roses Only In June

I decided to start Roses Only In June because I have been involved with Roses for a number of years.
As most of the work done to Prune, Replanting etc is done in the month of June when the Roses are mostly dormant, and because I live in Injune the name was born Roses Only In June.
We mostly deal in bare root Roses and from there we decide what to do with them.
Most of our customers prefer us to ongrow them before they pick them up for their gardens as they are then established and easier to transplant into their place of choice.
We have started display gardens but as we are only a couple of years old these are still being established.
As we live in the Outback of Queensland Australia there are not many Nurseries dedicated to only Roses so that was a deciding factor for my starting the business. Customers come and choose from the Varieties we have at that time and we stock or can supply any Rose asked for. Our main varieties are, Teas, Floribundas, Minatures, Climbers, and we can order other varieties at customers request.
It is a Seasonal Business with our season due to start approx late May and this will continue until end of September. We then can relax and enjoy the Roses we have planted at home and await the coming of the next years selections.
I enjoy this business immensley seeing the satisfaction from the customers and getting great feedback on how their Roses are going and growing.
