Located in Imbil in the scenic Mary Valley. The Mary Valley runs parallel to the Sunshine Coast. The main industries are timber, dairying, beef and fruit growing. There are many small towns with art and craft galleries. The area has wineries, gourmet cheese manufacturers, coffee shops and weekly markets (Sunday market at Imbil from 8am-2pm weekly). The national parks, state forests and Borumba Dams (11 km west) provide bushwalking, horse riding, mountain biking, trail biking, 4 wheel drive tracks, water sports, fishing, scenic drives etc. The annual Toyota Country Music Muster is held in the Amamoor State Forest. Eat at one of the cafes, the Bowls Club or the historic Railway Hotel.
