With its beautiful garden, trees and lawns, Rose Cottage is an ideal setting for relaxed contemporary country-style garden weddings and is available for both ceremonies and receptions.
Rose Cottage is suitable for marquee weddings and functions - whether it be a formal sit down occasion, stand-up cocktail party or a more casual event. Rose Cottage is available year round, 7 days a week and there are no reception finishing time restrictions.
There are several locations on the property to suit any size gathering. The house creates even more flexibility with an undercover veranda should the weather be inclement.
There are many intimate settings in the garden for photographs. For the more rustic country look there is shedding, barn doors and yards available to capture your precious moments. Port Fairy’s beautiful river, historic buildings and beaches also offer unique photo opportunities.
The picturesque Moyne River flows from Port Fairy through the property, only a 5 minute walk from the house - the river can also be accessed by car. This unique romantic backdrop makes a beautiful setting for ceremonies, photographs, canapés, drinks or the entire reception.
