Rose Avenue Holiday Units

Rose Avenue Holiday Units are located in Rose Avenue, East Cowes Victoria three doors from the quiet bayside beach.

Rate, per unit:

$150 per night

Weekend 2 nights, 3 days
(Friday 2pm - Sunday 12pm) $350

Public holiday long weekend
(3 nights, 4 days) $500

Moto Grand Prix Weekend $650

Summer Peak* Week stay (7 nights) $1000

Each of the units are fully furnished with comfortable lounge and sunroom seating. Meals can be prepared in the fully functional kitchenettes with fridge/freezer, oven, cooktop, and microwaves or if you prefer, Cowes has a multitude of take away delights to cure your hunger. There is an electric BBQ and outdoor setting for communal use.

Pillows and doonas are provided, however guests will need to bring their own bed linen (sheets, pillowcases), towels and toiletries.
