I have a Diploma in remedial massage having studied at the Australian school of Therapeutic Massage. I have a post graduate qualification in dry needling and level three gym instruction. I have been operating a massage business within The Oakleigh Recreation Centre for over ten years.
I was the head masseur at the Melbourne Football Club 2006-2012 contracted to provide the players with remedial massage between training days. I am a preferred masseur for athletics Australia to treat our own athletes and visiting overseas competitors. I was recently flown to Turkey to treat an Australian basketballer playing overseas, and have travelled to China and Hawaii to work with elite athletes.
I have a wide and varied clientele from elite sportspersons, workplace injuries, disabled, paraplegics, youth, the average weekend warrior who does too much at the weekend barbecue and a large female clientele who like my firm therapeutic massage.
My treatments involve hands on myofascial techniques including trigger point and muscle energy techniques to treat sporting, workplace adaptation, stress related, inhibited, injured or simple tight muscles.
My rates are very reasonable and full health rebates apply.

RACHEL WALKERDEN
Rachel is Remedial Therapist with a post graduate in Dry Needling. She has extensive knowledge of anatomy and movement of the associated muscle groups. Being a competitive bodybuilder she provides a firm massage and will provide rehabilitation exercises when necessary. Like myself Rachel wants you back to active life ASAP.

SARAH FOGARTY
Sarah has been involved in the massage industry for over 17 years.
Having worked within the AFL ( Melbourne and Hawthorn) for over ten years as well as prestigious sports medicine clinics within Melbourne.
Sarah has worked extensively with massage and acupuncture to treat sports and work related injuries, musculoskeletal and stress related dysfunction and those pursuing health and fitness gains.
Sarah has a treatment philosophy of integrated care and believes in working together with other therapists and or medical professionals to achieve the optimum outcome for her clients.
