Rolling Tide BJJ

Rolling Tide Jiu Jitsu is a Brazilian jiu Jitsu club operating out of the Yarrawarrah Community Hall. Initially opening a in May 2014, with one BJJ class on Tuesday nights, the popularity of BJJ as a sport and fitness activity among the local Engadine community has meant an extra class has now been added on thursday nights. Both classes are at 730pm, Tuesday is Gi BJJ and Thursday is No Gi Jiu Jitsu and wrestling.

Rolling Tide's prices are very very competitive with other BJJ classes in the Sutherland Shire and classes are always run by an experienced BJJ coach.
