Roller Derby Australia

In 2013 the not-for-profit National Sporting Organisation, Skate Australia, established Roller Derby Australia to focus on nurturing and advancing the sport. RDA strives to encourage the members of Skate Australia.
RDA supports the many facets of roller derby specific to our region. From grassroots to high performance, RDA works with member leagues and skaters to promote Roller Derby in Australia. RDA also works with WFTDA, FIRS and the Australian Sports Commission to develop our sport.

In January 2017, the National Roller Derby Advisory Committee was formed to help develop national policy and programs for roller derby in Australia.
The inaugural members are:

Rosie King (Darwin Roller Girls, NT)
Erin Scales (Perth Roller Derby, WA)
