The seasonal menu has been created by Head Chef Patrick Cheung-Chiu Lung, a passionate chef who draws on his experience in numerous five star hotels including Swissotel Sydney and Hayman Island Resort to produce each dish with fresh, local ingredients, brining both visual and gustatory delights.
