Vaughan Rose brings well over 20 years of real estate experience making him the longest standing agent in the area. He grew up in Beauty Point and still enjoys playing local cricket. His decades provide a high level of skill and knowledge of the Tamar Valley, but more importantly compassion to the complexities of selling a family home.

Kirsty Cruse enjoys taking her dogs to some of the local beaches. She has been in the real estate industry since 2009. A cancer diagnosis has given her a new outlook on life and she understands the stresses many people face, in particular when it comes to why sometimes people sell their home. She enjoys helping sellers with their journey and also likes finding a buyer who loves their home as much as they do.

Andrew Bartlett loves the country and has enjoyed working on cattle stations in remote locations and within the racing industry looking after some of the most expensive stallions in the world prior to starting his career in real estate 7 years ago. He brings extensive knowledge of working farms and finds helping purchasers through the stages of buying a home extremely rewarding.
