We're a gym that offers group classes and personal training. Our goal is to to motivate, support and help others through fitness and well-being, in a fun and comfortable environment.

When you think of awesome workouts, you think of kickboxing, boxing, strength & conditioning and weight training! So we have put it all together in one awesome gym that caters to everyone, from beginners to to athletes, for a perfect balance.

We run kickboxing and boxing classes that incorporate strength & conditioning. The cardiovascular effect of boxing/kickboxing combined with weight training help you get the most out of your workouts, while burning calories, toning up and learning new skills!

We also have ladies-only and children's classes.
