RIZZults Fitness specialises in personal and group fitness training sessions that will help you achieve your short and long term goals.

Based in Thornlands, I am a mother of 3 who works part time for the Queensland Government. I have 10 years gym experience and finally made the decision to pass on my knowledge to other people who needs the guidance.

I am qualified in Cert III in fitness and currently studying in Cert IV. I have a passion for fitness, exercising and having fun at the same time.

As a group training instructor, I will be able to provide a free health assessment with regular assessments, circuit training, bodyweight and weighted exercises as well as High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). This will help you gain strength, increase fitness, tone up and lose weight.

I will cater for all levels of fitness so please don’t be discouraged as there is always an alternative. I will be able to help you, but the hard work start with you. YES it will be hard work! No walks in the park here.

I will give you my opinion and here are some of the things that I do live by:

• I don’t believe in supplements, a pill won’t make it better

• Fresh food – eat it everyday.

• If you’re fat, you ate it. Just being honest!!!

• You say you don’t have time to exercise, I don’t believe it as 1 hour of exercise is 4% of your day. You need to prioritise!!! Priorities people!!!

• Drink water. Lots of water. Start with the soft drink – get rid of it, it is an addiction and it is full of sugar (even the diet ones) and it is the start of weight loss

• Exercise is a life change. If you do not have commitment, then don’t expect results to stay with you for the rest of your life

• You don’t need all the fancy clothing, music, gym equipment, a beautiful sunny day or air condition to have a good workout.

• Listen to your body, enjoy the pain (work through it, if it hurts it’s working), deal with the atmospheric conditions, gain strength, fitness and LET’s move forward!!!

• You deserve this, so be good to yourself, know that you are worth it and deserve it! Don’t make excuses!

• BELIEVE in yourself and know that you can do this

• Most of all have fun and enjoy

I believe that anyone can do as I did 10 years ago when I had a goal of running 2.4km in 14 mins. To achieve my goal, I had short term goals to get to my long term goal. I had never ran a day in my life (hated sports days as a kid) and guess what I did it. I wasn't the fastest but I made it. I have never looked back and I hope you don’t either.
