I am a current and active member of Miniature Goats Australia (MGA) and abide by and believe in their values.

Miniature Goats Australia is a unique group whose members are bound by a Membership Agreement which includes their conduct and breeding ethics to ensure fair trade practices and advancement of the breed.

MGA is a pro-active and nurturing group eager to help each others and mentor new breeders and pet owners alike.

Whilst we understand that accidents happen, reckless mating’s due to negligence, poor husbandry practices or cruelty in any form does not fit with our vision, purposes or values.

Miniature Goats Australia was the first Australian Miniature Goat Association to offer a self-managed member database. Members are able to enter their own registrations, transfers and upgrades; however an optional data entry service is available until members become confident with the system or for members who prefer to have their data entered for them.

Member participation is encouraged at all times when you are a member of Miniature Goats Australia.

Pricing

Please consider carefully before committing to your new goat(s). They are great animals and make awesome pets, but they do require love and care as does any pet. Goats are herd animals, and therefor if you don't already have goats, you will need to purchase 2. It is unfair on the goats if they are alone, they need at least one goatie buddy to play and socialise with.
