Rise Shakti Rise

Shakti is the female principle of divine energy. She is energy, power, movement, change, creative and nature. She is the maternal. She nourishes with love and warmth. She is the Mother Goddess within all of us an everything and all the space in between SHIVA is the masculine.

So "Rise Shakti Rise" was birthed by nourishing my soul for 4 years, with knowledge from books and a lot of quiet, and emotional, contemplating time.
She opened my heart to who i really am. She had been repressed and trodden on for years. Every now and then she would erupt, but got pushed back down again and agin.

On my 44th Birthday she shouted at me, "Andrea, what the F#@K are you doing?"!!!
So that day i took a leap of faith, off the cliff, into the unknown (really the known !), Since, I find my life transforms everyday, I grow more wiser and more humble with her.

She showed me the shop with the miracle guidance of a pen and a $100 note......another story!!!
We would like to bring together an ancient sisterhood that we all possess, (women and men) deep inside us. Unleash her and let her RISE!!!

RISE SHAKTI RISE is a place to come and relax. We offer a number of massage techniques, mediation techniques, we have local arts and crafts, @ Rise Shakti Rise we want to help heal the mind, soul and body.

We would also like to offer the space to local people who would like to do workshops, so if you have something to nourish peoples souls and would like to hire our space then please contact us.
