Head coach Daniel Rogers, a BWA silver medalist/, muay thai fighter, and now professional Australian middleweight boxer has a wealth of state, national, and international experience. He has trained and competed in cuba with some of the worlds best. wheather its boxing for fun, fitness, or competition you will be welcomed at RINGFIT. the facility has Fighting Fitness classes, Bootcamps, Boxing skills classes, Muay-Thai Kickboxing classes, & massage.
