The 3 star accommodation ranges from single, double, twin and family rooms to 2 & 3 bedroom apartments. Most rooms contain fridge, color TV, ISD telephone, and tea/coffee facilities. Most rooms contain ensuite bathrooms.

The Richmond Hill is centrally located in cosmopolitan Richmond, and offers easy access by car or tram to Melbourne CBD. It is walking distance to MCG, and other sports and entertainment stadiums, as well as a host of cafes, restaurants and bars located in Bridge Road and Swan Street.
