Behind the scenes our sales team is closely supported by a team of dedicated administrative and customer service professionals. Our Executive Assistants Anna Leadbetter, Carol Cahill and Lee Stapleton possess a diverse range of skillsets, working closely together to streamline the entire marketing and sales process, constantly exploring new and exciting ways to market your property in this ever-changing online world.

Our Rental department is led by Director Robert Simeon and Director of Property Management and Business Accountant Sharon Favretto. Robert personally oversees the entire operations of our Property Management department, ensuring 5-star customer service delivered to our landlords and tenants. We offer a boutique Property Management experience with Senior Property Manager Lilly Patterson and Property Manager Kai Everson who oversee the day to day management of the portfolio. R&W also have a dedicated national Project and Development team who search the country to bring the best property opportunities into your reach.
