homecooked. is all about good soul food from Southern Asia. The food we grew up eating, and for which we feel a special nostalgia.

Our homesickness for the authentic rendangs, sambal prawns and curry crabs from our homeland inspired us to delve into our heritage and memories to create well-loved dishes that mean so much to us, dishes that our mothers and grandmothers lovingly cooked for us.

We have created our menu with authenticity and healthfulness in mind. We cook using only canola oil, no added MSG, baking instead of deep frying and reducing the amount of refined sugar added to our food. Just a few ways we're dishing up healthier meals, so that you can enjoy them without the guilt :)
