Q: What is the earliest I can Check-in?

A: Our rooms are available for check-in from 2pm. You are welcome to leave your luggage with Reception or use the parking facilities if you arrive earlier. There are coffee and tea facilities in our sun-room.

Q: Can I arrive late?

A: Yes, please give us a call if you want to arrive after 6.30pm. Late check-in facility is available.

Q: Do you have undercover parking?

A: Yes, complimentary undercover parking is available.

Q: Are your rooms non-smoking?

A: Yes, all rooms at RFH on Gregory are non-smoking.

Q: Do you have wireless internet in guest rooms?

A: No, but we provide free internet on the ground level in the sun room, dining room and foyer.

Q: How close are you to the shops?

A: Located on the fringe of the Brisbane CBD we are located in close proximity to several retails precincts including The Queen Street Mall, Fortitude Valley, The Barracks on Petrie and shopping in Paddington. A Brisbane bus service stops right outside the front door and a Brisbane City free loop bus is a 5 minute walk away (Spring Hill Free Loop SHLP http://jp.translink.com.au/travel-information/network-information/buses/SHLP).

Q: How close are you to restaurants?

A: We are within walking distance of The International Hotel and Caffe Boulevarde on Boundary Street Spring Hill, where there are also delicatessens, Japanese and Thai restaurants; The Barracks on Petrie Terrace in Paddington is home to world class dining and only a short taxi ride (10 minutes) as well as being so close to Brisbane CBD where upscale dining precincts such as River Quay, Eagle Street Pier and Portside, cool laneway bars, fresh food delis and alfresco cafes showcase one of the most important parts of Brisbane life.

Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?

A: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to check in date and time. Cancellations received less than 48 hours, the full amount for the first cancelled night will be charged.

Q: How do I guarantee by booking?

A: Credit card details are required to secure room booking or a $100 cash bond.
