I use a variety of soft tissue and neuromuscular techniques to enhance functioning of the neuromuscular system.

Our muscles are sensitive to changes and repetitive stresses through our daily routines. Prolonged posture, active lifestyle, decreased flexibility and postural imbalances that can cause pain or discomfort.

Treatment is hands on. An initial appointment is $60 with subsequent reviews at $50. HICAPS (health fund rebates available) depending on your level of cover.
