RetroFlex is a unique little business to the Maryborough area which has been open for over a year now.
The exercise system use is designed for improvements in Flexibility, Circulation, Stress and Stiffness. The improvements are achieved by using the table/beds in a circuit style workout, which are very low impact making the routine suitable for just about anyone and everyone. A full session runs for an hour, with the benefit of a free 30 min trial. All you need to bring is a pair of socks and a towel.
The staff at RetroFlex are very good at making you feel comfortable and relaxed ensuring you leave feeling better than when you arrived. Georgie, Nicole and Kylie are friendly and very happy to help with any questions you may have about RetroFlex.
