Mystery Shopping or Secret Shopping (as it is also known) is a form of market research which involves going into a retail store or service provider and reporting the details of your shopping experience on a mystery shopping survey that we provide you via our website. You will be required to look at areas such as cleanliness, staff activity, service levels, merchandise displays etc

We are always looking for shoppers of all age groups and demographics. You must have good oral & written skills, and a good eye for detail along with a great memory. Experience in retail or customer service is a requirement. You need to be reliable and able to meet deadlines and have good computing skills to enter your surveys online. You will be required to visit various locations, but we will only make you travel as far as you are willing. And sometimes you will even get to keep items that we ask you to purchase! Basically we want to pay you to go SHOPPING!!!
