Who are we?

A team of dynamic University-qualified Accredited Exercise Physiologists prescribing gym-based rehabilitation and conditioning measures to a wide range of clientele.

What do Restart specialise in?

Chronic and acute disease management with populations suffering from:
• Musculoskeletal injury and pain, including pre/post-surgery care,
• Cardiorespiratory conditions, such as negative Heart health and Obstructive Lung disorders,
• Metabolic conditions, such as Diabetes, Hypertension and Obesity.

Who is eligible to have an appointment with Restart?

As the slogan says, ‘Exercise Intervention for Everyone’! If you suffer from a condition or injury that is negatively affecting your ability to perform activities of daily living, whether it be a desire to complete a gym-session pain free, play with the kids/grandchildren without aggravating your lower back, or improving your functional strength as a whole, we can help.

We also deliver bulk-billed services to:
• Ex-Servicemen and War-Widows with the Department of Veterans Affairs Exercise Program,
• Chronic Disease Management Medicare clients,
• WorkCover QLD clients.
