The meaning of Health is different for everybody and the most important thing I have learned to keep me on the path to good health is to “Respect Myself”. Whether you are a mother, daughter, father, son, friend, boss or co worker we all need to learn to respect ourselves more. Also living a life on somebody else’s agenda does not work and the sooner we all realize that our lives can only be created by ourselves then I believe life will become easier. I am still on my own journey and I hope to share some knowledge, inspiration and some training tips to help you achieve your goals and dreams. Keep it simple, take time for yourself indulge when you need to will also help you to keep a balance in life to you can also help other people in your life.
