Resilienze For Life

Whilst the development of resilience occurs during the treatment process, at Resilienze For Life we do not aim for resilience as an outcome of therapy, rather we see resilience as the goal. By approaching therapy in this manner we are working on clients resilience from the first session and addressing each aspect of resilience through evidence based therapy and following a strict resilience protocol developed in 1998 by Judye Margetts.

As always the highest standard of evidence based therapies such as CBT, IPT, Loss and Grief therapy, supportive and carer counselling are offered.
