By giving our business a stronger online presence, this rebranding will make it easier for potential tenants to find the right property, and for property owners to find the right tenants.

The new name will improve our web exposure, better capture those seeking rental properties online, and deliver higher returns and reduced vacancy rates for owners and investors.

We’ll also be welcoming new team members, including a new property manager and property assistant, to provide our clients with service that is second to none.

There are dynamic changes taking place in the local property landscape, driven by the development of education and medicine in our area. We’re building our business to service the predicted population growth and anticipated accommodation needs.

Despite the new look, some things will stay the same – like our commitment to look after properties as if they were our own. Our clients can be sure that their property, which is often their largest asset, is safe in the hands of reliable, trustworthy and knowledgeable experts; and our tenants will continue to receive the responsive service they always have.

What have been some of the initiatives put into place to get your business where it is today?

Having worked as a property management specialist for 20 years, I have placed countless suitable tenants and managed hundreds of local properties to provide owners with the best possible returns on their investment.

My concentration on property management combined with local experience, attention to detail and a prominent online presence means I am able to provide solid rental returns and ensure vacancy rates are very low.

By listening to the needs of prospective tenants we provide useful information to investors such as the type of properties in demand and preferred locations. We also watch broader industry changes that influence the local market and share that knowledge with clients.
