Heidi completed her 3 year Diploma as a Remedial Massage Therapist in November 2015 from the Australian College of Massage. She is a member of Massage Australia and has full health rebates available.

Heidi has a keen interest in the benefits of massage therapy, sports, nutrition and living a clean and healthy lifestyle. These interests motivated her to move to the beautiful South West region in 2015 with the goal of one day opening her own massage therapy business.

Heidi made a career move in 2014 when she decided to leave the stressful business world and start studying an area of her life she was most passionate about; Massage and incorporating this into her own health and wellness and strive to help others.

One of her greatest achievements to date was conquering the highest point of Africa; Mt Kilimanjaro in 2013. "Sometimes you have to be pushed to your limits to find out your true strength and potential. Climbing Kilimanjaro was one of the hardest things both, mentally and physically I have done in my life to date" says Heidi.

Heidi's Treatments:
My treatments aim to work on improving the quality of the soft tissues within the body. The blood supply is increased, releasing tension, flushing through lactic acid and realigning scar tissue. I work to redress imbalances built up through training and everyday activities, allowing my patients greater freedom of movement and consequently, better quality of life.

Numerous techniques are used throughout my treatments to ensure the best results with the minimal discomfort, this can include, deep tissue, trigger point release, joint mobilisation/stretching,aromatherapy oils, hot stones and pregnancy massage.

I work deeply and instinctively, with a therapeutic approach responding to the muscles and soft tissues in the body; tailoring each treatment to the patient’s physical needs or injuries.
