At .relish. we pride ourselves on our handcrafted sweets and savouries including our gluten free bread as well as the house dressings, aiolis, relishes and jams.

We are a family owned business and so we strive to source ingredients from local, Australian owned and operated businesses wherever possible. We aim to promote other small businesses within our own, such as Funk House Fine Foods & the Townsville Food Magazine.

Our NQ bush honey is from Lots-a-Stings near Rollingstone, jars and buckets are available for purchase. Mount Elliot Springs in Majors Creek provides our bottled water.

All of our breakfast eggs are Free Range from 12 Oaks in Kelso.

We are pleased to use Artisan breads for our burgers and sandwiches from Three Loaves Bakehouse in Idalia.

Our Organico blend coffee is certified organic from Merlo.

Some of our art, including the images on our menus have been produced by Townsville artist Jaimie Archer at Pink Noise Creative, inspired by European Vintage poster art.

And finally, although every care is taken to ensure our gluten-free items stay free from wheat and gluten products, these ingredients are present and used in our kitchen.
