Our Community Guidelines

Welcome to Relationships Australia SA Facebook page. We encourage conversations that are respectful, non-defamatory and positive in nature.

We respect the traditional owners of the land where we are situated and operate from. We are working towards a culturally safe partnerships built on respect, creating new pathways and opportunities. Any comments or posts/tweets that are deemed disrespectful or derogatory to our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people past and present will be deleted by Relationships Australia SA.

We respect that you might be passionate about certain issues and would like to express your opinion and thoughts. We respect your comments, feedback and suggestions, but request that you are respectful to our audience, staff and organisations in doing so.

The following posts are not tolerated and will be deleted from our page:

• Profanity, abusive language or personal/character attacks
• Material that is unlawful, obscene, defamatory, threatening, harassing, abusive, slanderous, hateful or embarrassing to any other entity as determined by Relationships Australia SA
• Personal information such as phone numbers, addresses or email addresses
• Advertisements or business solicitations
• Chain letters or ‘spam’.

Please note that due the inclusive nature of our community, something that may be disagreeable to you may not violate our Community Guidelines.


We want people to feel safe when using our social channels. For that reason, we have developed the above guidelines that will help you understand what type of posts/comments and sharing is allowed on our page.
