CANCELATION POLICY | We understand that your time is precious... as is our Therapists’ and other clients, therefore, we require 24 HRS notice to cancel or modify your appointment to accommodate an allocation of your appointment to another client.

LATE | When you are late to your reserved appointment, we will accommodate you as best as possible, we may not be able to complete the full service, your appointment will end at the allocated time and you will be charged for the full service amount.

NO SHOW | When you simply do not show to your appointment a penalty will be charged as it greatly affects the Business, clients and Therapists. Gift Voucher clients will see their Gift Voucher forfeited.

PAYMENT | We accept Cash and EFTPOS.
