Reiki Hope Healing

Reiki is a holistic therapy - meaning "universal life force energy", which aims to improve health and enhance the quality of life. It treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit which creates many beneficial effects including relaxation, feelings of peace, security and wellbeing. Reiki is a healing process that anyone can benefit from, it's a natural and safe way for spiritual healing.
During a Reiki treatment, the patient remains fully clothed whilst laying on a therapy bed in a warm, comfortable room. The practitioner gently places their hands on or near the body in a non-intrusive way. Session lasts around 60 minutes. For stress reduction one to two sessions are satisfactory, however for chronic conditions long-term treatment may be recommended. Due to its gentle nature, many people fall asleep during this soothing experience of healing.
