At Reform Pilates we help you to achieve a stable and grounded base from which your body can move freely, toning the muscles and developing sleekness rather than bulk.

Unlike Pilates style classes at a gym or fitness studio, Reform Pilates offers private and semi private equipment based classes so maximum individual attention and care can be obtained for specific rehabilitation or training in a professional and caring environment. Reform Pilates also offers mat classes for all ages and abilities with a maximum of 4 students per class.
All classes are by appointment only.
