Purchasing from Reflections by kerri
To purchase , please comment SOLD on the item you like (note: commenting SOLD is a commitment to purchase). Once you have finished shopping, please send a private message to Reflections by kerri with a list of the items purchased.

Payment is expected within 3 days of receiving your invoice, unless we have discussed other arrangements. Please talk to me if you would like to discuss a lay-by before commenting sold.

Lay buy is available, installments are required on a weekly basis. A 25% non-refundable deposit over a 4 week period, unless discussed prior to commencement of Lay buy.

Reflections by kerri accepts payments by bank transfer.
Reflections by kerri now accepts paypal (please note that unfortunately utilizing Paypal incurs an additional 5% fee).

Please note that prices DO NOT include postage unless advised.

If you wish me to source an item for you please just ask, a deposit is now required when the order is made and the rest prior to the sending of the parcel.

Please Note: Australia Post has increased parcel prices yet again, also different prices depending on weight & destination. Unfortunately I cant absorb the increases, my apologizes but will have to pass on the increase cost.



Postage rates are set by Australia Post, depending on the total weight of the parcel

& 5 kgs
also depending on the bulkiness of the items it is necessary to send them in the next size bag, eg weight is less than 3kgs, but have to put them in a 5kg bag, so cost will reflect this.

Standard postage has a tracking number.

Extras, $$

Signature on delivery, Aust post leaves parcels either in the letter box or next to front door, for anyone to claim, for extra peace of mind, please consider paying the extra for Sign on del

Express post,
Aust Post is taking at least 10 plus days to deliver normal post, so please consider paying the extra for Express Post to get it with in 1 to 4 days depending on where you live.

and/or

Insurance , Once your parcel is posted, I can not take responsibility for the goods whilst in transit for damage or loss, so please consider purchasing Insurance.
