l use the latest European made cleaning equipment & use high quality Australian sealers.

l specialize in High Pressure cleaning of driveways, concrete, pavers, shopfronts, property surrounds, end of lease cleaning & sealing.

Why seal:

Driveways, paths & outdoor surfaces are constantly exposed to the accumulation of dust, dirt, oil, tyre marks. Sealing will create a barrier that protects & greatly minimises the ingress of these contaminants. Additionally; it will help protect wearing of stencilled & patterned concrete.

* SOME THINGS TO KNOW *

- CLEAR & COLOURED SEALERS ARE NOT JUST A PAINT; BUT A HARD, LONG LASTING OIL BASED RESIN SEALER.

- YOU CAN WALK ON THE SEALER IN 45 MINUTES AFTER APPLICATION.

- OLD POROUS & NEW CONCRETE, WITH OFTEN REQUIRE A THIRD COAT ( AT CUSTOMERS EXPENSE).

- YOU CAN NOT DRIVE ON THE SEALER FOR 5 DAYS, OR PARK ON IT FOR 7 DAYS.

- RAIN WILL DELAY THE SEALING PROCESS, AS ANY MOISTURE CAN DAMAGE THE SEALER.

- EXTRA GRIP CAN BE ADDED TO FIRST COAT @ $35 PER DRUM.

- I APPLY THE SEALER AS PER MANUFACTURERS SPECIFICATIONS, PREVIOUS FAULTY SEALING MAY EFFECT THE END RESULT.
