Damian Wall
Managing Director

Damian completed his Bachelor of Applied Science in 1996, a Masters Degree in Environmental Management and Restoration in 2005, and gained accreditation as a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CENVP) by the Environment Institute of Australia & New Zealand in 2008. He has completed a Graduate Certificate in Cultural Heritage Management (CHM) through Flinders University on his way to completing a CHM Masters Degree (December 2016). He is also a registered Cultural Heritage Advisor as defined under section 189(1) of the Aboriginal Heritage Act 2006 in Victoria and was recognised by the NT Department of Heritage in 2013 as possessing the necessary skills to be regarded as a Consulting Archaeologist.

He is an experienced Project Manager and Environmental Compliance Auditor and a registered Principle Auditor through RABQSA. He works regularly with the NSW Roads & Maritime Services (RMS) in various capacities, predominantly site management and Compliance Auditing, development and implementation of Environmental Management Plans (CEMP) and Erosion & Sediment Control Plans (ESCP) for large scale infrastructure projects.

He has 20 years experience in the use and management of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and has developed many excellent products and services provided through extension of this skill set.

He has been engaged by CSIRO, numerous Universities and the Non-Government Organisations to conduct remote area field work over the last 15 years. He specialises in remote area first aid, vehicle recovery, arid zone survival and training in all of the above.

Since 2009, He has been a Senior Consultant to a private petroleum exploration company, Pangaea Resources operating as Pangaea NT Pty Ltd in the Northern Territory. In this retained engagement He has managed aspects of environmental approvals, Aboriginal cultural heritage and threatened species clearance and native title negotiations (Lead Negotiator) in WA, NSW & NT. His involvement at the company level extends into all aspects of the exploration field from low impact preliminary surveys to seismic and drilling operations.


Andrew Bell
Technical Officer

Andrew has been working with Red-Gum since early 2015, and completed his Bachelor of Environmental Science and Management at Charles Sturt University the same year.
