Red Faery Hair & Body

A little bit about me-
During my apprenticeship I worked in high end City salons where I won numerous awards at State level. I hated it, too much pressure, 60hr weeks, intolerant bosses who expected too much. I quit.
But I realised pretty quickly I hated cleaning cars even more:)
So I continued my training. And now am VERY grateful for those 'intolerant' bosses. As I wasn't allowed to cut hair till my 3rd yr!!! But, gave me great training and I learnt everything properly.

With my ill-informed perception of 'chain' salons I joined S&S Hair as a Senior. I soon became 2IC then Manager at their Toowong Salon (best time ever). Again, winning awards and my 12 staff winning awards as well. I was a hard task-master, some apprentices hated me, some loved me.
I always stood up for the underdog and voiced my opinion. Sometimes to my detriment, rather than firing me, I got moved to another suburb. But truth always prevails.

I was bored and told my bosses. They promoted me to Assistant Area Manager of their 13 salons. Ask and you shall receive.

Then babies came. I took this time to do Doreen Virtues Angel Intuitive 3 day course, Reiki 1&2 and numerous courses at the Health & Harmony College.
I continued to work part time till my waters broke. And still commuted when we moved to Woodford back to Mt Gravatt.
9 yrs with these wonderful people.

I found new inspiration coming to Woodford. No more chemicals for me! Now I have a lovely, quiet space (no more fast techno in salon) that draws like minded people to me.
AND I LOVE IT!!! And completing my Master Reiki level.
PS- nearly a qualified Yoga Teacher as well!!!
So...21yrs later I have a salon with a Psychic reader/healer, all my faeries & crystals and I combine everything I love into my business.
