Recycled Fabrics

I love aprons! I have a collection of them but finding the ones I really like can be like looking for a needle in a haystack so I decided to try and make my own.
After teaching myself how to use an overlocker and producing a few bad aprons, I eventually created one that I added to my collection and from then on I just kept making more.
I discovered that secondhand shops were overflowing with scrap material so I thought I would put it to good use.
Now I love rummaging through op-shops to see what hidden treasures I can find, bring them home and give them a new life.
