We are a fitness studio that specialises in providing fundamental training in strength, balance,nutrition and wellbeing for real women and men aged 50+ .
Our emphasis is on playfulness – revisiting the moves and flexibility we all had as children but which we may have forgotten as we were swept up in the importance of being grown-ups.
Our goal is to provide training that helps you reclaim (at least some of) the physical capability and vigour you had when you were younger.
Our preferred format for trying is small groups of 4-5 people…maybe up to 8 people. We have found through experience that this is a nice balance between 1 on 1 Personal Training and large groups.
In a small group we can individualise your program and incorporate your goals while allowing for any injuries you may have had or continue to have.
We insist on a full Fitness Physical including your health and exercise history before you start with us so that we can understand you, and together, help create the best course of action, just for you.
