- My programs are designed to suit an individuals need so that each client achieve's his/her goals. I like to incorporate a mixture of high metabolic training such as tabbatta with big compound movements such as squats, deadlifts... I have found in doing this you shock the body so it never knows what coming next and results are always much greater, combined with a healthy balanced nutrition plan!
Building lean muscle:
- Programs i design for lean muscle are again talior made to suit each individual but mainly focusing on weight training and healthy nutrition to build up that lean muscle! There will be some cardio involved.. for example a cardio finisher at the end of a workout or long walk out at the weekend for your homework!

- Created by a former Royal Marine Commando Metafitâ„¢ combines traditional bodyweight exercises with the latest HIIT training techniques to set the metabolism on fire!
To burn fat you need to change the resting metabolism, work big muscle groups with simple un choreographed, high intensity intervals and get quick results!
