Nic Di Rosso commenced his career in 1997 as a New Home Sales Consultant at their family owned building company. He studied business management and holds a Diploma of Business Management along with a Diploma of Property Services - Agency Management.

Nic has undertaken numerous property development projects of his own in both Perth and Melbourne worth millions of dollars. He has assisted many property owners both locally and overseas convert a stagnant potential development site into a lucrative property development, and helped thousands to invest.

Nic whole heartedly believes property is the safest investment vehicle for anyone's financial future and holds property within his own developments whilst constantly looking for good investments.

His goal is to continue to help people realise their potential and help them acquire the best suited property for their unique situation.

Nic believes in FULL DISCLOSURE at all times and goes by the values of honest, ethical dealings with full transparency and respect at all times.

In 2008 Nic was presented a REIWA "Grand Master" award for PROJECT MARKETING - achieving 103 listings sold to the value $34 million. Nic's passion for property is driven by his love of buildings - GREAT buildings and architecture. Perth's landscape is rapidly changing with some magnificent Construction Artwork.

Although Nic's life is mainly consumed with all things property, his other loves is his family, his music, great company and Red Wine.
