In September 2011, Silver Chain in Western Australia and RDNS in South Australia, two like minded not-for-profit organisations, merged to become Silver Chain Group, one of the largest in-home health and care providers in Australia.

With over 3,000 staff and 400 volunteers, we assist over 84,000 people to remain living in their homes and community every year.

We have over 120 years' experience delivering care in the community. With services in Western Australia, South Australia, Queensland and New South Wales. We're committed to caring for all individuals and supporting them to live independently in their homes longer.

Our services assist people of all ages including elderly, people with disabilities, acute illness and injury. We assist people to maintain or regain their independence while caring for them in their home.

Our care is delivered by trained professional staff who are backed by our Research team to continually improve our services to ensure that they meet the changing needs of our clients.
