Previously trading as LJ Hooker Caboolture for 38 years until June 2013, James Brown with over 20 years of real estate experience is the Principal of Ray White Caboolture. His father Geoff Brown who established and was the Principal of LJ Hooker Caboolture until June 2013, remains active in the business as a Registered Valuer and Consultant to many clients.

Other long term members Bill Harris, Robert Seeto and John Dunne have also remained with the operation after the change and they are supported by 4 additional salespeople and a team of property managers and administration specialists.

The Brown familys’ expertise within the Caboolture real estate market, long Queensland history and involvement in small business with James’ Grandfather Bill Brown operating one of the state’s first sports stores in George Street, Brisbane sees a great fit with the White family real estate business.
