As a nutritionist with a passion for food, Raw Harvest founder Elizabeth Maskiell has no greater satisfaction than putting a beautiful, nourishing meal on the table. Through Raw Harvest, she and her team now share this passion with the Gippsland community with Raw Harvest Cafe, Raw Harvest Meals & Raw Harvest Treats.

Raw Harvest is for the busy, health conscious, time-poor environmentalist in us all. With local, organic produce in the form of deliciously simple snacks, treats and meals catered to all dietary requirements the team hope to provide something for everybody.

Raw Harvest Cafe has been designed to be an open and inviting space where you can mindfully enjoy a delicious award winning coffee or meal made from the best local produce. Our intolerance friendly options do not come at any extra cost. We are all about providing choices for those who did not make the choice to alter their lifestyle.

Raw Harvest also have your pre-prepared meals sorted. Customers can put their minds at ease, as they are able to order a whole week's worth of wholesome, nutritious meals.

The team showcasing their huge range of nut bars, protein balls, raw cakes and slices a Gippsland market near you and in their newly opened Raw Harvest Cafe!
