Rastelli

The Rastelli is one of five custom-made theatre venues from Bamboozled Productions. Joining the likes of the Castello and The Little Palais that have seen several successful years in The Garden of Unearthly Delights as part of Adelaide Fringe, the Rastelli joins new pop-up venue The Royal Croquet Club: 14 Feb - 10 March 2014.

The Rastelli is set to delight audiences with deluxe circus, comedy, music and theatre shows - all for a fiver! Like the page for performer announcements in the lead up to Fringe.

The Rastelli is a tribute to Enrico Rastelli, the greatest juggler of all time and one of vaudeville's biggest stars. It was said Rastelli possessed "body motions that apparently spoke the language of the props". This venues design draws upon the abstract art theories of Wassily Kandinski to interpret the movement, energy, rhythm and poise of a performer such as Rastelli - and to reflect the reactions, expressions and moods of the audience.
