Her workshops in intuitive cooking, spices and food as medicine will transform your understanding and interaction with food. Her Ayurvedic workshops in self-care, daily rhythms, discovering your own constitution will give you tools to navigate yourself in your daily life and enhance your physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
