Queen of Complaints

What I do is relatively simple. I complain for you! I have spent years writing complaint letters. Not just for the hell of it but when I think I have been wronged. I have had responses and my letters have resulted in thousands yes thousands of dollars in refunds. I have complained about everything from delayed flights to local councils, post offices to hospitals.

I love standing up for people! Sometimes when people feel that they have been wronged, they just get angry! I turn these feelings into an articulate letter.
