SBD is a safe haven for Women who wish to grow spiritually and feel supported on their journey.

It is my soul mission to create space, opportunities and a community to support Women on their healing and growth journey.
I want you to shine your brightest from the inside out and believe through conscious living, deep self connection, self love and deep healing you too can thrive right now amongst the busyness of your life.

I hear your struggle and I know life can be complicated and stressful and amongst it all you can loose yourself. I work with many Women who are trying to find themselves again, connect to their true selves, over-come trauma and heart ache and who are seeking happiness on a deeper, soul level.

I know you may feel overwhelmed on your journey because I too feel the struggle and I want you to know it's ok, you can start where ever you are right now. Whether you join me for a one-on-one session, Women's Circle, class or workshop you start to be able to listen to yourself, have the opportunity to hold space for yourself, to quieten your mind, allowing you to heal, peel back layers, gain knowledge and feel inspired to be the best version of yourself.

I am far from perfect and have had and continue having many big, hard, messy times in my life and along the way I have gained insight and tools that I want to share with you about how to cope, how to thrive and how to be happy amongst it all.

I too am a busy Woman, trying to juggle life and all it's complexities. Trying to support everyone in my family, live in a clean organised environment, doing my best to grow old gracefully in a healthy body etc etc ( you get the picture) and it hard! It's hard to do it all and stay sane on the way and have some fun too.
In the midst of Motherhood, Womanhood and Wifehood, I had to find myself again because I felt I had lost my spirit in the call of duty.
With my calling to become a healer for Women, my voracious love of learning, and reading, my deep yearning to grown spiritually and really connect with the true me (and love her too!), I have learnt some valuable lessons, tools and strategies to support my life and actually shine along the way. I want to share what I know, with you, because you and your life matters and more than anything, you deserve to be happy, not tomorrow but NOW.

So jump in with me and my Tribe, we are all seekers of a calmer, grounded and happier version of our selves, seeking to fill our own cups, so we can be the best version of ourselves and we support each other with a "knowing" of what its like to struggle being a Woman with a lot on her plate. You will be greeted with open arms, compassion and a whole lot of love, we all need more of that!
