All exercises can be modified in difficulty from beginner to advanced and so each class can be tailored to each practitioner's specific goals and/or limitations. Intensity can be increased over time as the body conditions and adapts to the exercises.

Class Prices per hour are as follows:
Individual - $60 (Special: pay $150 upfront for 3)
Duet - $30 each
Semi - $25 each (up to 4 people)
Corporate/group - $15
Classes are by appointment, open from Monday to Saturday. Please contact us to make a booking. We can come to you, or propose a nice, neutral location for your workout.
